Today, Wilfried releases the next sensation, eg, CologneOFF I, the 1st edition of Cologne Online Film Festival, to be renamed later to Cologne International Videoart Festival. Doing a video festival was just consequent, after Wilfried started with the festival idea already 2002, when he was invited by a physical art festival to create an online part, eg.
